Business Consulting holds ethics and standards in high regard. Our reputation
as a straightforward company offering honest services is extremely important
to us. If
we are learning something we do not already know while working on your system
we do not charge for that time. If we discover we cannot help you, we will
not charge you unless you specifically ask us to work on the issue further.
We will not make copies of software protected under copyright law for
you–this includes breaking copy protection. We believe that what is required
to make a system work is enough; however, we do take into consideration
future expansion, flexibility, as well as ease-of-use for a particular
system. We will always try to find you the most efficient and cost-effective
software/hardware available. We
offer advice for any procedures we see in a company’s operation that might
need improvement. By having technical and business knowledge, it makes things
easier for us to pin-point a problem. Sometimes custom software that a client
might already have will have problems within it. We can help the maker of that software find
the problem and possibly assist them in future development. We
will always do everything in our power to meet or exceed your expectations.
However, like you, we are subject to human error. Sometimes through no fault
of our own, we might not meet your expectations. Even the suit guy who
"guarantees it" has complaints! We understand this, but we realize
that's all in how things get handled. We want happy clients so we are going
to do our best to make sure you’re satisfied. Craig

treated. We will never forward your résumé to a company without your prior
knowledge and consent. You will always be kept aware of your status once
presented for a position. You will not have a "made up" position.
We do not falsify information. When presenting opportunities we will do so in
an honest and straightforward manner. You will receive answers to all
questions in an honest and truthful manner. We will not knowingly
misrepresent a candidate to a prospective hiring company.
